Information on Head Assistant, CCO and companions

We are delighted that Instructors will once again have the opportunity to bring guests to join them at the 2026 KEA Instructor Conference and Gala Dinner.

Please note that a guest fee will apply for attendance at the Conference and/or Gala Dinner. Details of costs and any applicable subsidies will be communicated locally.

Conference – Day

We are pleased to be able to accommodate one Head Assistant per centre for the main conference session.

If you run a Multi-Unit Centre, you may bring your Chief Centre Operator (CCO) or your Head Assistant.

(Total: 1 guest per Instructor)

Gala Dinner

For the Gala Dinner, Instructors may bring:

  • One Head Assistant
  • Their partner/companion

If you run a Multi-Unit Centre, you may bring your Chief Centre Operator (CCO) or your Head Assistant, and a partner/companion.

(Up to 2 guests per Instructor)

A guest fee will apply to the Gala Dinner. Further details will be confirmed in the accompanying Subsidy Information document.
