Venue
The Conference Hotel and venue
Set within 40 acres of beautiful parkland and just a short distance from Windsor Castle and the historic town of Windsor, De Vere Beaumont Estate provides an inspiring setting for learning, collaboration and celebration.
Combining contemporary facilities with elegant surroundings, the venue offers the ideal environment for Instructors, Head Assistants and guests from across KEA to come together for this important event.

Hotel surroundings
On a 40-acre estate that includes a 14th-century chapel, the refurbished hotel and events venue is a 14-minute walk from historic Runnymede and the Magna Carta Monument. Windsor Castle is 3.2 miles away.
The story of De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is a very British one; a tale of democracy, royalty, education and religion. At its heart sits an 18th-century mansion, a chapel, 45 event spaces and a Georgian white house in 42 acres of parkland grounds.
The original house was built for Lord Weymouth, but it was its time as a public school, from 1854–1967, that saw most of the estate’s architectural developments.
Following a multi-million-pound refurbishment, today you’ll find a wealth of these original features still intact along with a 21st-century style that ensures comfort.

Hotel check-in, check-out and Conference registration
Hotel check-in – Thursday 22 October
On arrival, please proceed to the dedicated Kumon check-in desk, where hotel check-in and room allocation will be managed. Guests will receive their room key card, Conference information and relevant arrival guidance.
It will not be necessary to provide a credit card at check-in unless you wish to open a personal account to charge meals, drinks or additional hotel services to your room.
If bedrooms are not yet ready on arrival, guests will be given a luggage label. Please complete the label clearly and attach it securely to your luggage, which can then be left in the hotel’s luggage storage area near the main reception desk. Hotel staff will transfer luggage to your allocated room once available.
Conference registration – Friday 23 October
A dedicated Kumon Conference registration desk will be located near the Conference auditorium for delegates arriving on Friday morning. At registration, delegates will receive their Conference information pack, name badge and event materials.
Hotel check-out – Saturday 24 October
Guests should check out at the hotel reception on Saturday morning. After check-out, luggage may be stored in the hotel luggage storage area until departure. Please keep your luggage label attached to your bags until you leave the hotel, as this helps staff identify and return luggage efficiently.
Gala Dinner
We will also be offering a Gala Dinner within the hotel Conference venue as part of the KEA Instructor Conference celebrations – a special evening to honour your dedication and connect with fellow Instructors in a relaxed, festive setting.
