Payment method for attending the KEA Instructor Conference:
After the Conference, in November (or possibly December 2026), we will make the charge corresponding to the option you have chosen and marked on the registration form.
General cancellation conditions:
If you need to cancel your attendance at the Instructor Conference, please send an email notification to kea.instructors.events@kumon.org.
Cancellations made on or before 14 July 2026 will not incur any cost.
From 15 July 2026 onwards, cancellations will incur a charge based on the date the cancellation is received. As the franchisee, you will be responsible for the corresponding percentage of costs associated with the hotel reservation, conference participation and gala dinner attendance for yourself and any registered accompanying persons (such as Head Assistant, CCO and companion), as follows:
• Up to 14 July 2026: 0% of the cost.
• 15 July to 14 August 2026: 75% of the cost.
• 15 August to 14 September 2026: 90% of the cost.
• From 15 September 2026 onwards: 100% of the cost.
