Payment method for attending the KEA Instructor Conference: 

After the Conference, in November (or possibly December 2026), we will make the charge corresponding to the option you have chosen and marked on the registration form. 

General cancellation conditions:

If you need to cancel your attendance at the Instructor Conference, please send an email notification to kea.instructors.events@kumon.org.  

Cancellations made on or before 14 July 2026 will not incur any cost. 

From 15 July 2026 onwards, cancellations will incur a charge based on the date the cancellation is received. As the franchisee, you will be responsible for the corresponding percentage of costs associated with the hotel reservation, conference participation and gala dinner attendance for yourself and any registered accompanying persons (such as Head Assistant, CCO and companion), as follows: 

• Up to 14 July 2026: 0% of the cost. 

• 15 July to 14 August 2026: 75% of the cost. 

• 15 August to 14 September 2026: 90% of the cost. 

• From 15 September 2026 onwards: 100% of the cost.

Accommodation

Hotel bookings must be made through this registration form by Sunday 5 July. For now, we have reserved rooms for 2 nights on Thursday 22 October and Friday 23 October. For further details on costs and subsidies, please see the KEA Conference Costs and Subsidy Information Sheet.

You may extend your stay by requesting extra nights before and/or after conference and we will book them subject to availability. The room cost will be the same as Thursday 22 October in the Subsidy sheet.

If you plan to share a room with another Instructor, they must also complete the registration form. Please note twin beds are subject to availability and there are no triple rooms.

Check in time from 17.00, and check out time 09.00 due to group booking. Hotel may allow earlier and later times at their discretion.

Conference

We are delighted to offer you a chance to bring your Head Assistant of the first centre OR Chief Centre Operator (CCO) of the second centre, to the KEA conference.

There is no charge for you, however, a day delegate rate will be chargeable for your Head Assistant or CCO. For details of guest fees and applicable subsidies, please refer to the KEA Conference Costs and Subsidy Information Sheet.

We are delighted to invite you to a Gala Dinner as part of our celebrations. You may bring:
